What types of training plans do you offer?
We provide a range of training plans tailored for both runners and gym-goers. Whether you’re training for a marathon, looking to build muscle, or just starting out, our plans cater to all fitness levels and goals.
How do I know which training plan is right for me?
Each plan includes a detailed description of the difficulty level, goals, and type of training. Additionally, if you're a runner, you can use our VDOT calculator to determine your target times and fitness level, helping you choose the most appropriate plan. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for further guidance.
Are the training plans customisable?
Our training plans are designed to meet common fitness goals and cannot be fully customised. For a truly personalised experience, we recommend our Bespoke 1:1 Coaching service.
How will I receive my training plan?
Your training plan will be delivered via email as a downloadable PDF, ready for use on any device. Along with the plan, you will receive a unique keycode to unlock and access your training plan securely.
What equipment do I need for your gym plans?
Most gym plans require access to basic equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, and resistance machines. Each plan specifies the required equipment so you can prepare accordingly.
1:1 Bespoke Coaching
What does the 1:1 Bespoke Coaching service include?
Our 1:1 Bespoke Coaching offers a personalised training and nutrition plan, regular weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and expert support. Whether you're focusing on running, gym training, rehab from an injury or overall fitness, we will create a bespoke plan to suit your needs.
How do I get started with the 1:1 Bespoke Coaching service?
To begin, simply fill out our coaching enquiry form HERE. Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll get in touch to schedule a consultation call where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness level, and preferences to create your bespoke plan.
How often will I have contact with my coach?
You’ll have regular communication with your coach via WhatsApp, email or via our App. You will also receive a weekly video check-in to provide feedback.
Can the 1:1 Bespoke Coaching be done remotely?
Yes, our coaching service is fully online, meaning you can access expert support from anywhere in the world.
What if I need to reschedule or pause my training?
We understand that schedules can change! If you need to adjust your plan or take a break, simply let us know, and we’ll accommodate your needs.

What kind of clothing do you sell?
At present, we offer high-quality, comfortable t-shirts designed for both workouts and casual wear. Our t-shirts are made for performance and style, perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
How do I choose the right size?
Each t-shirt product includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure or between sizes, feel free to contact us for advice.
Can I return or make an exchange?
Yes. You can return or exchange unworn T-shirts in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses within the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we only offer delivery within the UK. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future, so stay tuned!

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment methods. Your transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I purchase a training plan and clothing in one order?
Absolutely! You can add any combination of products and services to your basket and complete your purchase in a single transaction.
