1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Rando Training Club®. This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping methods, processing times, costs, and delivery expectations for orders placed through our website at www.randotrainingclub.com ("Website"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Processing Your Order
Once your order has been placed and payment successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and an estimated delivery date (if applicable).

We aim to process and dispatch all physical product orders within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK.

For digital products, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions within 24 hours of your purchase being confirmed. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@randotrainingclub.com. Cancellation is only possible for physical orders that have not yet been dispatched. For digital products, cancellations may not be available if the product has already been accessed or downloaded.

3. UK Shipping Options (Physical Products Only)
We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on your order’s size, weight, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Information (Physical Products Only)
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to cover the additional cost for re-shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if applicable). You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

If no one is available to accept your delivery, the courier may leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery. You may also need to collect the parcel from a local depot or schedule a redelivery.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe of 5-7 working days, please contact us at info@randotrainingclub.com with your order number. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Digital Products
Digital products, such as e-books, training materials, or downloadable content, will be delivered electronically via email or through access links provided at the time of purchase. You should receive your digital product within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us immediately at info@randotrainingclub.com. We will provide assistance to ensure successful delivery.

Refunds for digital products are only available in cases of technical issues that cannot be resolved. If a refund is required, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, providing details of the issue. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal or professional purposes as specified. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited.

6. Delivery Issues and Returns
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if there are items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@randotrainingclub.com. We may require photographs of any damage or faulty items to process your claim.

If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept the delivery, we will refund the order amount excluding the shipping fees. If you would like us to resend the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Additional Information
For items available on pre-order or back-order, please note that the estimated dispatch and delivery dates will be communicated during checkout or in your order confirmation. These dates are estimates and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any delays.

If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate parcels to ensure timely delivery. You will not be charged extra for separate deliveries.

We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit and to reduce waste.
